Summary of May 2023 Screening Results

In May 2023, United Diagnostic Services (UDS) conducted health screenings for the members of Local 1339 Waterbury Fire Department, involving 140 participants. Of the participants, 113 (81%) were male, while 27 (19%) were female. The results of these screenings shed light on important health indicators.

Among the firefighters, 92 out of 140 firefighters (66%) were identified as having at least one actionable finding that necessitated further attention.
